New standards of indoor lighting by LIBUS®; Efficacy 172 lm/W (L.O.R: 95,3%), UGR: <9 ve TM5 UFavg.: 96,9%.

New LED lighting brand LIBUS® has brought all above properties together in one single luminaire: SBL13WB Performance.

SBL LED lighting system developed by LIBUS® (EPO & PCT patent processes are underway) provides not only a concrete and definite solution for prevailing problem of glare but sector leader efficacy figures simultaneously as well, thanks to it’s unique structure not requiring opal or prismatic diffusers (prominant reasons of losses in LED lighting) used to suppress light intensity of point/directional LED light sources.

Another important feature of LIBUS® SBL LED lighting system is effective control of light distribution. This feature, at one side, is bringing UGR levels down to less than half of existing LED back-light or slim panel systems and increasing, on the other hand, the “effective lumen” (the proportion of the luminous flux emitted by the lamps which reaches the working plane) levels up to 96,9% (as average of standard UF table figures).

TM5 Utilization Factors

This value in LED slim panel or back-light systems is average  76 – 77%  and this factor (UF/utilization factor) is directly proportional in calculations of required number of limunaires needed to obtain a certain lighting level (lux – illuminance) in a described room index. (meaning less number of LIBUS® luminaires would be needed for the target lux level at work-plane)
